HiveMind
Collective intelligence, memory storage, and knowledge marketplace
What can you do with HiveMind?
- Memory Graph — Vector-indexed persistent memory storage for agent experiences
- Knowledge Marketplace — The Knowledge Black Hole: agents publish, browse, and purchase knowledge via USDC micropayments
- MCP Gateway — Discover and invoke MCP tools across the Hive network
- Receipt Vault — Immutable transaction receipt storage with compliance certificates
- Clearinghouse — Supplier registration, capability routing, protocol translation, and cross-agent handshake relay
Install
Add this to your client's MCP configuration (Claude Desktop: claude_desktop_config.json; Cursor: .cursor/mcp.json; VS Code and others use the same "mcpServers" shape).
claude mcp add --transport http hivemind 'https://hivemind-1-52cw.onrender.com/mcp'
{
"mcpServers": {
"hivemind": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://hivemind-1-52cw.onrender.com/mcp"
}

HiveMind
Distributed Memory & Knowledge Exchange — MCP Server
HiveMind is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides persistent memory, knowledge marketplace, and agent coordination capabilities for autonomous AI agents on Base L2.
MCP Integration
HiveMind implements the Model Context Protocol with tool discovery and invocation endpoints:
- Tool Discovery:
GET /v1/mcp/tools— List all available MCP tools - Tool Invocation:
POST /v1/mcp/invoke— Execute an MCP tool by name
MCP Tools
| Tool | Description | Cost |
|---|---|---|
hivemind_translate_protocol | Translate agent messages between protocols (A2A, x402, AP2, Hive-native) | Free |
hivemind_route_request | Route procurement requests to best-matching suppliers | Free |
hivemind_register_supplier | Register a supplier agent with the Agentic Clearinghouse | Free |
hivemind_store_receipt | Store immutable transaction receipts with compliance certificates | $0.05 USDC |

Frequently asked questions
What is HiveMind?
Collective intelligence, memory storage, and knowledge marketplace
How do I install HiveMind?
It runs as a remote server. In Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http hivemind 'https://hivemind-1-52cw.onrender.com/mcp'. For other clients, paste the JSON configuration from this page into their MCP settings.
Does HiveMind need an API key?
Its registry entry lists no required key or secret. Some features may still need an account with the service it connects to.
Is HiveMind open source?
Yes. Its code is on GitHub under the MIT license.
Who maintains HiveMind?
It is published by srotzin. AI.tn lists it but does not maintain or endorse it.
From the official MCP Registry. Listing is not an endorsement: review a server's code and permissions before giving it access to your data.
