Run bun install before starting Claude Code in this repo. The local .mcp.json runs each server from source with node, so without installed dependencies every server crashes on startup (Cannot find package '@modelcontextprotocol/sdk') and Claude Code reports it as CONNECTION_CLOSED. Bun installs each package's dependencies into its own packages/*/node_modules. The plugin setup above uses npx and doesn't need this step.

Run all tests (each package with a test script):

bun run test

Lint and format:

bun run lint
bun run format

Publish packages:
