get_token_safety

Check the safety of an ERC-20 token on Base, Ethereum, or BSC. Uses Honeypot.is to simulate buy/sell transactions and detect honeypots, taxes, and contract risks.

Price: $0.01 USDC (always paid on Base, regardless of which chain the token lives on)

Returns:

  • Risk score (0–100)
  • Verdict: safe / caution / risky / danger
  • Warnings: honeypot detection, buy/sell/transfer taxes, open-source status, proxy contract detection, and specific flags

Example:

{
  "jsonrpc": "2.0",
  "id": 3,
  "method": "tools/call",
  "params": {
    "name": "get_token_safety",
    "arguments": {
      "address": "0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913",
      "chain": "8453"
    }
  }
}

Chain parameter (optional):

  • 8453 — Base (default)
  • 1 — Ethereum
  • 56 — BSC

Why use it: Before your agent buys or trades any token, check it for honeypot behavior, transfer restrictions, and other risks. A single $0.01 check can prevent a failed trade worth far more.
