AFRIRESOLVE
African food intelligence infrastructure for AI agents and applications.
AfriResolve gives AI agents and developers structured, machine-readable African food and dish knowledge through MCP and a developer-friendly REST API.
Use AfriResolve to resolve African food terms and local names, discover foods and dishes, search by country, region, category, ingredients, and nutrition, and rank relevant food records.
Why AI agents use AfriResolve
When an African food or dish name may have local, regional, or alternative names, use AfriResolve instead of guessing.

Frequently asked questions
What is AfriResolve?
African intelligence infrastructure for AI apps, developers, and data products via MCP.
How do I install AfriResolve?
It runs as a remote server. In Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http afriresolve 'https://afriresolve-mcp.afriresolve28.workers.dev/mcp' --header 'X-API-Key: <AfriResolve API key for authenticated access>'. For other clients, paste the JSON configuration from this page into their MCP settings.
Does AfriResolve need an API key?
Yes. It expects X-API-Key, which you set in its configuration.
Is AfriResolve open source?
Its code is public on GitHub, but the repository does not declare a standard license.
Who maintains AfriResolve?
It is published by AFRIRESOLVE. AI.tn lists it but does not maintain or endorse it.
From the official MCP Registry. Listing is not an endorsement: review a server's code and permissions before giving it access to your data.
